[It's not uncommon for little kids to run in the streets as if their life depended on it. After all, they always get in trouble or tend to play games or do errands once in a while. However, today, Xion is doing none of those, running full haste to fetch her brother from the forgery with no regard to the empty bucket she was supposed to be drawing water from the well from as it hanged from her hand, still damp, her apron damp as well. Seems like she spilled all the water in her haste.]

Namine. Even knowing what she wants to do, doesn't change the fact that she is a vampire and stronger than I am. Certainly, I have a chance to defend myself now, but I am still at a disadvantage. There is still a very real chance that she could change me. If I can avoid that by avoiding her, then I will.
