Character
Name: Naminé
Series: Kingdom Hearts
Timeline: Post KH2
Canon Resource Links: HAVE A WIKI ARTICLE
Affiliation: Breeder
Personality: Being born in an empty castle without memories and any personality to begin with, Naminé was easily influenced to follow the orders of the Organization who found her, who treated her as a mere tool. As a result, she's become someone who can be easily pushed around. The Organization used fear to control her, and it made her soft spoken, weak and defenseless. Being a special Nobody though, she can feel. And because of this, not only was she able to feel the loneliness of being trapped and friendless (which the Organization used to prod her to manipulate Sora's memories,) but also to feel guilt over what she actually did.
Later on in Chain of Memories, that same guilt made her rethink her decision, and once Axel gave her an opportunity, she immediately started to set things right, even if she was in danger. Her decision to correct her wrong doings affected her later on in KHII, where up to the point that she's become reckless. During this time, she also started to disregard her own safety in favor of trying to help Roxas, even with DiZ's intention of disposing of her. And she even came to save Kairi at the end of the game, even when she started fading from the contact with her Other.
Apart from feeling herself, she seems to be able to pinpoint what exactly others are feeling as well, and probably as an artist, has a keen eye to little details like that, and is constantly apologizing are trying to be comforting to those who need it.
Strengths/Weaknesses: For a newly existed Nobody, Naminé seems to know a lot of things, even more than some of the people around her. She uses the knowledge she has to try and correct what she thinks is wrong, and help those who are confused to what's going on, as seen as to how she helped Riku in Castle oblivion by disguising as Kairi, or how she explained things to Xion. Her only real talent, however, is her drawing skills and her memory manipulation abilities, the latter something she is not so proud of because she can't find a good use for it. It's also her weakness, since this is what the Organization and DiZ uses her for.

H-hello? Is it on...? Oh, it is... I-I'm not sure where I am right now or... who was that... I don't have a mother... But, um...
Kairi? Sora? Roxas, Riku? Are you here...? Maybe not...
-- ge-pri!
[There's some scuffling and a please "To-ge-priiiiiiii!"]
... I guess, it's just us...
Toge-toge-prii!
... what's that music though?

Confusion was an understatement.
Naminé had no idea what was going on, and could only stammer inaudibly as the unknown woman all pushed her out of the door. The sunlight hit her eyes as the door slammed behind her, and she fumbled with the bag of unknown things she had, her brain still not quite processing what exactly is going on.
It took her a few seconds to realize though that she wasn't looking down at a pink dress and rubber shoes. No, those were her blue sandals. And her white dress. She could feel the heat of the sun on her skin, and Kairi's voice was nowhere. Half afraid, her fingers reached up to tug a lock of hair into her view (she could move on her own.)
It was blonde.
If only there was a feeling in the world even more intense than confusion. What... what happened to Kairi? Her hands touched her own skin shakily, as if unable to believe that she was here, standing, real, existing, not in someone else's body.
She wanted to exist as herself, yes, but... if something happened to Kairi, she would never be able to live (exist?) with it. She was just a shadow, after all. Her hand went to her chest, still feeling no heartbeat. So.. what happened?
Hoping someone around would provide her with answers, she hesitantly looked around for any familiar faces. Like auburn hair, a sign of a crown necklace, aquamarine eyes... or even a sign of that familiar checkered wristband.
And here she thought she wouldn't finally be alone.
"Kairi?" she tentatively called, looking around. When no answer came to her, she sighed, her grip on her bag loosening a little. Half a second later, she screamed when she felt something move in the bag. The startled Nobody dropped it, and heard something crack when it hit the ground. ... oh no.
Morbidly curious, she dropped to her knees after it and opened it, staring at the white object that was sitting on top of the other contents. Naminé slowly fished out what looked like a white egg with several colored spots on it, and to her shock, realized that it was cracked at the top. Panic slowly settled in. Was it her fault that it was cracked? Why did it seem like everything is her fault?
"O-oh..." she watched in horror as the crack widened, bringing it close to her. What will she do...? She hasn't seen many animals, just the doves, cats and dogs in Twilight Town, and Kairi's memories of the animals in Destiny Islands. Naminé knew enough that eggs have baby animals in them. What if she had killed this one?!
The top shell fell off and if she had the heart to, she would have panicked more. To add to her horror, more cracks appeared at the sides, and more shell fell out.
It didn't ocur to her that it was hatching until she realized that the top part had tiny little eyes blinking up at her.
Naminé stared back as it looked blearily up at her, a creature still in the egg shell. After a while, two arm-like appendages poked out from the shell, and it made a sound that was possibly the cutest thing she had ever heard. It wagged it's arms toward her as two feet popped out from below. It was oddly cute in a way. And it was alive. She felt relieved, and curious at the same time.
For once, it wasn't her fault.
A small smile crept into her face as she stared at the odd creature that wagged it's arms at her like a child.
